Prestelcom.net processes your order with 3-5 business day. Some items will shipped from our head office unless some items is out of stocks. Once we have shipped your package. Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Pos and drop-off with signature. So please choosing the right method of delivery server when you check out. Please allowed delivery normally takes 7-14 working days.

Total Delivery Time
Processing Time = From the time we received your order to the time we start to packaging your order. One or two days to get your order looked at, your payment confirmed, and to make sure the shipping address is correct. Minimum time: 3-5 business days.
We do not process your order on weekend or holidays. Allow an additional 1 to 2 business days for weekend orders.Any orders that are placed after 3.00 pm GMT+8 will be processed the following business day.
Packaging Time = After your order is processed, we send it to the warehouse. If the product is still in stock, it will be shipped in a day or two. You will be notified if your order are not in stock. Minimum time: 3-5 business days
Shipping Time = The time it takes for the shipping company to drive or fly your package to you.
Register Air Mail: Most shipped packages are delivered within 10-30 business days from the day they are shipped.
Friendly reminder: If your order contains too many branded products, Prestelcom.net may ship your order via different shipping companies to avoid custom problem for some country.
We cannot guarantee which shipping company will ship your product to you.

Shipping Cost
Shipping costs for orders from www.prestelcom.net depend upon the method and option you choose. You can choose to group items into as few shipments as possible.
For orders returned due to incorrect, missing address information, or any issues related to customs or importing, or merchandise refuse by customer for any reasons, shipping fees are non-refundable.In that case we will refund you the payment excluding actual shipping fees already incurred.
International Customs
For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all Customs Duties and Taxes levied by the country of destination. We try to keep Prestelcom.net as up to date as possible but cannot guarantee that particular merchandise will always be available.When our merchandise is out of stock, we would like to refund, or exchange an item. Meanwhile, you could choose to wait for our merchandise restock as well.If you decide to wait for our merchandise, please be aware you may have to wait longer than the delivery schedule times stated above.
Returns Policy
For returns or exchange please note all returns must be original packaging and in good conditions. If not we have the right to reject the exchange or returns.
